  • Vanessa, Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer

    Vanessa is the founder and owner of BodyWell and B2 Wellness Suites. She began her career in fitness and wellness more than 13 years ago, when she left a long-standing career in finance. Starting as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she added massage therapy to her resume when she became a licensed massage therapist in 2020. Over the years, she has built a team of like-minded professionals to work along side her making a difference in others’ lives. Her extensive background in many different aspects of fitness and wellness, both from a personal and professional standpoint, is what drives Vanessa’s passion for helping others feel better, move better, and do this life better.

  • Sherrell Harris, Licensed Massage Therapist, LPN

    Sherrell is a licensed massage therapist and has been an LPN for nearly 30 years. She specializes in therapeutic, restorative, and lymphatic drainage massage. Sherrell uses her extensive experience in nursing to provide a customized massage that meets the specific needs of her clients. Her passion is helping others reduce their pain and live a better quality of life.

    Taylar Cotten – Licensed Massage Therapist

    Taylar is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for therapeutic massage, specializing in techniques that target problem areas and promote healing. She utilizes cupping and scraping methods as needed to enhance the therapeutic benefits of each session, providing a well-rounded approach to recovery. While therapeutic touch is her main focus, Taylar also believes in the power of relaxation, ensuring that every client experiences both relief and comfort.

    Her philosophy is simple: "Massage is for everybody." Taylar is committed to ensuring that every person who visits her table leaves feeling better than when they arrived. Her mission is to help others in an accessible and effective way, using her expertise to improve well-being and foster long-term healing.

  • Kenzie Williams, Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Group Fitness Instructor

    Kenzie has always had a passion for health and fitness. With a background in cheer and gymnastics, she become a personal trainer in college while earning a degree in nutrition and dietetics. Now a health coach as well, Kenzie believes that it’s never too late to start working on a better version of yourself.

  • Laura Jones, Certified Personal Trainer

    Laura is a Del Webb resident and personal trainer. She has 40 years’ experience in the fitness business. She is an ACE-certified Master Trainer with specialty certifications in Post-rehab, Senior Fit, Parkinson’s & Exercise, and Nordic Pole walking. Laura’s favorite pastime is stand-up paddle boarding. “I choose to do personal training because I enjoy igniting that spark in my clients, fanning the flame, and watching it burn as they begin to understand the benefits of a well-balanced lifestyle.”

  • Stephanie Curtis, Licensed Massage Therapist

    Stephanie has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2011 and Is proud to be a part of the BodyWell team.

    She specializes in combined Swedish, Deep Tissue techniques for targeting chronic pain and stress. She is certified in Lymphatic Drainage and Prenatal Massage as well. Outside of the therapy room, Stephanie is a mom of 4 wonderful children and a wife to her best friend and partner. They enjoy weekends outside in nature whenever possible and being in involved in the Mt Juliet community.

  • Allie Burke, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach

    PERSONAL TRAINER, GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

    Allie is a nationally certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and a Nutrition Coach with 1st Phorm. Movement has been a part of her life from the beginning — growing up in dance and competitive cheer, she learned early what discipline, body awareness, and confidence feel like. She’s been strength training personally for over 20 years and brings that lived experience into every coaching relationship.

    Allie is passionate about helping women feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies. Her mission is simple: To empower women through strength, confidence, and community by offering personalized coaching that helps them build sustainable habits and lasting results.
